主要职责:
Role & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:
Commercial launch of new premium chilled juice product line currently in test market.
Market juice as most profitable beverage in China market in 5- 8 years Fifth year annual sales estimate of, at least, RMB200 – RMB250 million.
Be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market, staff and direct a sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values
Build and manage an organization of 100 to 200 employees, excluding production operations.


Day-to day Responsibilities:
Customer Development and Retention
        To seek out, determine & develop new business development opportunities and strategic partnerships for new products and categories in China market, including all provinces.
        To develop individual business plans for key customers in order to achieve revenue, profit and market penetration targets;
        To project manage from inception to launch, as agreed with key existing customers and any new customers and company;
        To develop business plans to achieve the targets for new products under development
        To bring a professional, leading-edge approach to market management
        To ensure the customers are always fully abreast of the latest company developments in the NPD and capabilities areas, with the provision of product & capability knowledge and supporting materials
Sales Management
        To profitably oversee the development of the China business through strategic planning, sales development and new product launches;
        To develop systems to priorities key target customers in China through analysis; data sourcing & strategic assessment. Set up of key account files, strategies and action plans;
        To maximize achievement of sales revenues, margins and profitability in accordance with the corporate plan;
        Lead development and change in sales approach, process and methods where needed;
        Manage and build on our existing clients base in response to market changes;
        Develop and build a high quality local client base aggressively
Channel Management
        Develop, implement and manage channel plans and budgets focused on Fresh Fruit chilled foods;
        Create, implement, and maintain channel relationships, programs and tools, such as marketing and advertising programs, sales tools, collateral, promotions, events, training and incentive programs;
        Plan, coordinate, integrate and align direct/indirect channel activities with marketing teams, agent and distributor;
Financial Performance  
        To review the said market’s forecast on a monthly basis
        To control the cost and maximize the EVA generation
People Management
        Develop the organization structure and establish the whole new team
        Recruit, retain and develop the employee to get the team objective
        Lead and direct sales training and development programmes, both internally and in the dealer network
        Act as coach and mentor to key staff and dealer managers
        Understand succession planning at all levels, and develop staff over the longer term towards internal progression

Leadership/Supervision:
         Ability to attract, retain, develop high-performance sales force to achieve the sales target;

Education and Functional Experience Required
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, MBA is a plus

Experience:
        Minimum 20 years experience in the FMCG industry either in a marketing, sales;
        Full cognizance of the selling process (i.e. the category management and trade marketing)
        A career which demonstrates a thorough understanding of the drivers of a growing dynamic business in an ever changing market
        A demonstrable track record of achievement in defining sales strategies and implementing change;
        Have experience and knowledge in Marketing; experience in, and the ability to interact credibly within the Marketing functional area;
        A proven record of success in branding build-up and product promotion;

Skills and Competencies Required:
        Very strong leadership and rich sales/marketing experiences in launch of similar products
        Ability to build, sell (both internally and externally), and execute large scale marketing and sales programs across multiple channels
        Excellent channel management, organization, planning and communication skills
        Well honed strategic skills (with demonstrated examples of strategies that the candidate was responsible for developing)
        Strong financial skills and proven ability to build business cases & proposals
        Focused commercial and profit orientation complemented by a strong strategic capability
        Personal traits such as being a ‘self-starter’ with a lot of personal initiative, a hands-on approach, strong selling, influencing and negotiating skills and a passionate and vibrant personality
        Fluent in Mandarin and English
